5 Day Detox

There are times in life when we feel heavy, sluggish, bloated, inflamed, and just really blah. Simply put, your liver is overtaxed, nutrient starved, and needs some help. This 5 day detox is designed to support your liver and in return will increase your energy, reduce bloating, help you lose 1-2 pounds, and clear the brain fog.

With most detoxes, we convince ourselves that starving and having bland food is a good thing. Like it’s healthy to be miserable, grumpy, and hangry. It’s not! Your body needs calories to function, and it needs nutrients to be able to get rid of the toxins making you feel like crap.  You won’t be starving during this detox!

But how do you really know if you need a detox? Check out this list of symptoms, and see if any of them apply to you.

Symptoms of a high toxic load include:

  • Acne
  • Intense cravings
  • Stubborn belly fat
  • Inability to lose weight, and/or keep it off
  • Blood sugar imbalances
  • Digestive issues including heartburn, gas, bloating, and constipation
  • Brain fog
  • Headaches
  • Constant stuffy nose and allergy like symptoms
  • Pain
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Moodiness
  • Sensitivity to smells and fragrances
  • Strong body odor

If you have 4 or more of these symptoms, your liver is most likely overwhelmed and needs your help. It needs you to remove certain types of food and replace it with more nourishing, nutrient dense, liver supporting foods. In other words, a detox.

Your 5 Day Detox Includes:

  • An in-depth explanation of how detox actually works
  • Learning what foods and environmental factors lead to a sluggish liver
  • And how to effectively release toxins and rid your body of the toxins bogging you down
  • Guide to which foods support your detoxification process
  • Satisfying 5 day meal plan
    • Omnivore and Vegan options! (And of course gluten free, dairy free, and egg free friendly!)
  • Shopping list
  • Delicious and filling recipes

Results You Can Expect:

  • Clearer thinking
  • Brighter skin
  • More restful sleep
  • Increased energy

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are the ingredients listed?

A: Yes! Each recipe has the ingredients listed, plus the ingredients are on the shopping list.

Q: Do I have to buy it every time I want to detox?

A: No! You buy it once and you can do it as often as you’d like! People who have purchased it tell me they do the detox 3-4 times per year and some do it after they run marathons and after vacations.

Q: Is this plan Raw Vegan-friendly?

A: No, it is not. I have an omnivore and a vegan plan included, but not raw vegan. The needs of raw vegans are completely different and would need to be its own program.

Q: Do you list the nutrition facts with the recipes?

A: No, I do not. When you’re eating real food, the number of calories doesn’t matter as much as the quality of calories. Plus, it’s extremely difficult to overeat vegetables.
