In 2011 my mom was diagnosed with non-celiac gluten intolerance. Then in 2014 my 2-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, although we knew from very early on that gluten was the culprit of her health problems. Living gluten free and with autoimmune disease has been my life for the past 5 years. It became my passion to make this lifestyle as simple and carefree as possible.
