By keeping your nails in good condition, you’re not only staying alert for any changes but also taking a proactive step towards your overall well-being. Improve Your Diet

Your diet plays a massive part in how healthy your nails look and if you are deficient in any essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. For example, spoon-shaped nails can indicate an iron deficiency, a brown or grey hue to your nails can be because of a B12 deficiency, and there are so many more telltale signs via your nails you need to boost your intake of certain minerals. You can do this by eating foods rich in all vitamins and minerals. 

Not only does it support overall health, but adding in any supplements for things you may be deficient in or can’t get from your diet due to restrictions or allergies can improve your nails too. Biotin, magnesium, calcium, and omega-3 are all great supplements to add to your diet to boost nail health and strength. Rest assured, these dietary changes can make a significant difference in your nail health.

Keep Them Clean

Cleanliness is vital to maintaining healthy nails. Regularly washing your hands with mild soap and paying attention to any debris trapped under or around the nails can ensure optimal nail growth and development.
