Are You Crying Out For A Cure?

Are You Crying Out For A Cure?

June 25, 2019 //  by Marian Mitchell//  Leave a Comment

Some of us are crying out for a cure at the minute. So many of you will be going through secret health issues, which is either going to be greatly affecting how you live your life, how you feel about yourself, and how you think others feel about you. If you have something that can relate to one of those, then this is the perfect article for you. There are so many little issues we have that are swept underneath the rug, simply because it seems there is no cure, or way to deal with it properly. But giving up on your health is no way to live your life. The more you fight to change your view of your body, and your quality of life, the more likely you are to actually feel happy with your body. We all share some similar insecurities, and these are only amplified when you have health issues coupled on top of that. So, without further ado, here are some of the common health issues that people are suffering with, and what you can do to stay on top of it if you’re suffering as well.

Tinnitus & Hearing Problems

The Emotional Side of Loss of Sight or HearingTinnitus is one of the most frustrating problems to have, and it’s said that one in ten people are suffering with it at the minute. It’s a subtle little ringing in your eyes, that can also be followed by pain, loss of hearing, and crackling when swallowing. To some, it’s so subtle that it’s easily forgotten about. But some of you will be seriously suffering with it, and there are some things you can do to calm the symptoms, even though it can’t be cured. Hearing loss & tinnitus is first diagnosed at your doctors or local hearing clinic. From there, you can either be referred to have it death with privately, or have one of the state given hearing aids that will help to control the ringing. It definitely isn’t something you want to shrug under the carpet, because it can easily get worse as the years go on.

Psoriasis & Eczema

Definitely a common one for people to be suffering. Psoriasis in particular is becoming more and more common, and it can often be harder to deal with than Eczema can. It’s a condition whereby the skin because irritated, raised, red, and extremely dry. Sufferers report burning skin, and uncomfortable sensations that are hard to control. Eczema is similar, but the skin abnormality presents itself differently. The best way to manage these, is with long soaks in the bath with special oils, and plenty of hydration. With Psoriasis, keeping the skin clean and dry other than during soaks is super important. If yours is professing, it might be worth seeing a progressional to see if specialist creams can help you out.

Early Arthritis

This is something that isn’t talked about enough. Arthritis is usually associated with the elderly, but it’s not more common for people in their 40’s onwards to have symptoms. Keeping warm, and keeping the joints mobile is so important. Stimulating them through movement will help to stop them seizing up, and the warmth of your body will prevent that seizing feeling also. Getting a doctors opinion is also essential.

Hi! Lots of new faces around here so I thought I w Hi! Lots of new faces around here so I thought I would introduce myself.

I'm Marian. Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who specializes in helping people reach their best health despite any complex health condition.

I love food. Food is a social and emotional experience that everyone can enjoy no matter what they have going on when I'm on their team.

Along with loving food and helping people eat, I love my family. Blended family with 4 kids keeps life crazy busy and I wouldn't have it any other way.

We are pretty big fans of camping, shooting, traveling off the beaten path in our land cruiser, and playing music.

I also enjoy lounging by the pool with my friends, hiking, and thrift shopping.

Welcome! I love interacting with you so I hope you'll leave comments and PM often!
