Weight loss is multifaceted and a mind-body journey. One of the biggest struggles with weight loss is bridging the gap from knowing what to eat and how to make it work in our busy lives.
Eating healthy is often thought to be time-consuming and expensive but it doesn’t have to be! Learn all the tips and trick to make weight loss an enjoyable process, while eating delicious, budget-friendly meals and see that when done well, weight loss is easier than you thought possible.
In this class, you will be provided with everything you need to set you up for a successful, (and long-lasting) weight loss journey. After an information workshop on healthy weight loss and wellness, you’ll prep and take home 3 days worth of meals including:
Protein-packed overnight oats
Massaged kale salad
Sweet potato noodles with a healthy alfredo sauce
