Histamine, Lyme, and Mold webinar

Histamine Intolerance, Mold Toxicity, & Lyme Disease Recovery Webinar

Diet and lifestyle changes haven’t helped. Did you know about 15% don’t? This is because there’s something deeper going on. The 3 most common culprits are histamine intolerance, chronic lyme disease, or mold toxicity. Learn the similarities and differences in each of these plus a game plan you can incorporate immediately so you can finally feel normal again.

There is a group of about 15% of people whose symptoms won’t improve with a diet and lifestyle change. The list of food intolerances, chemical sensitivities, and symptoms just keeps getting longer and forever changing. It’s frustrating to say the least and difficult when you feel like you’re going crazy. Doctors are at a loss and may even say it’s all in your head. You know something is off though. You don’t want to be sick! You want to feel good and live your life! There is an underlying cause and it could be histamine intolerance, mold toxicity (mold illness) and/or chronic lyme disease and/or its co-infections.

Symptoms of these 3 conditions include:

  • An ever-growing list of food and/or chemical sensitivities
  • Headaches/migraines
  • Brain Fog, Memory Problems, Trouble Focusing
  • Difficulty falling asleep/insomnia
  • Hypertension
  • Vertigo or dizziness
  • Arrhythmia, or accelerated heart rate
  • Unexplained Muscle Cramping, Aches and Pains in the Joints, Persistent Nerve Pain
  • Numbness and Tingling
  • Eye Problems like Red Eyes or Light Sensitivity
  • Difficulty regulating body temperature
  • Nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps
  • Flushing, tissue swelling
  • Nasal congestion, sneezing, difficulty breathing
  • Abnormal menstrual cycle
  • Moodiness, depression, anxiety
  • Flushing/Hives/weird rashes
  • Fatigue and weakness
  • Asthma and Sinus Problems like Cough or Shortness of Breath
  • Tremors and Vertigo
  • Metallic Taste in the Mouth
  • Temperature Regulation or Night Sweats
  • Excessive Thirst and Increased Urination

Whew! That is quite a variety of symptoms! No wonder you’re frustrated and your doctor is at a loss.

There is Good News

The good news is that you’re not crazy nor are you alone. I know what you’re going through. I’m a mold sensitive person and was struggling with a variety of symptoms including asthma, headaches and migraines, inability to control body temperature, multiple chemical sensitivities, fatigue, brain fog, depression, and others. I had mold toxicity but didn’t know it. It was frustrating not knowing the root cause so I could get off the inhaler and migraine medications. Eventually, I started the process to remove the mold from my body. It was a long recovery process and a lot of guessing on my part as I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was just trying to be healthy and listen to my body. I wish I had had some expert guidance to make it an easier process!  That’s why I put together this course. You’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and game plan so you can start your journey to finally feeling like yourself again.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • What each of these conditions looks like
  • The potential root causes to your symptoms
  • The role food and your environment are playing in your symptoms
  • What the path to healing looks like
  • How to eat for recovery (no more conflicting information from researching online)
  • How to set up your environment for success

Successful recovery can happen when you know what you need to do. Along with this webinar, you’ll receive my webinar, food lists, recipes, and lifestyle game plan all designed to help you recover your health delivered straight to your inbox.
