The good news is that you’re not crazy nor are you alone. I know what you’re going through. I’m a mold sensitive person and was struggling with a variety of symptoms including asthma, headaches and migraines, inability to control body temperature, multiple chemical sensitivities, fatigue, brain fog, depression, and others. I had mold toxicity but didn’t know it. It was frustrating not knowing the root cause so I could get off the inhaler and migraine medications.
