How to best use quarantine to focus on your health

Now that schools are closed and the country is in quarantine until at least May, there has never been a better time to focus on your health. The unknown is scary but now we know. We can make a plan. Now is the time!

YOU MAY NEVER HAVE THIS OPPORTUNITY AGAIN

Never has there ever been a time where we have so much….well…time. You may not be driving to work, and if you are, there’s much less traffic, so your commute is shorter. You aren’t going to a million different activities every day. Sure you can dine out every night but do you really want to afford that indefinitely?

If you’ve been putting off eating well due to time, you can’t say that anymore! If you aren’t sure where to begin, I got you covered. Changing up the way that you plan, grocery shop, and cook IS challenging.

You aren’t alone

How to best use quarantine to focus on your healthBeing a former really bad cook, I know just how difficult it can be. Back when I was learning how to cook and grocery shop, I had a lot of help. Now, you do too! Me, I’m the help and I’m excited about it!

My mission is to make your transition to a healthier life (long term) as easy as possible. Hence, “Effortless Therapeutic Diets” and I put healthy eating into that category.

The Number One Health Habit

The number one health habit you can have is meal planning. Meal planning saves you hundreds of dollars per month. You will go to the store less, while using what you buy. You’ll have tons of variety and have a list of meal options to prevent food boredom. (That will definitely happen if you don’t plan because we all pick about 4 things we know we like and then that’s all we eat.) You’ll be less likely to gain a bunch of weight while being less active.

Many people don’t know where to begin. They don’t want to eat the same meal for 5 days straight like many meal planning blogs suggest. They also don’t want to buy a million ingredients. Then there’s the thing where you don’t even know if you’ll like it. They need a place to start.

This is where a meal planning course comes in handy. Instead of spending hours on the internet and Pinterest trying to find recipes that sound good that also don’t use a million ingredients or take an hour and a half to cook (we have the time but do we really want to?), you can invest in a course that makes it easy. Then you can focus on the time you have to master the skill so that you can make it work for your family and lifestyle.

My Meal Planning Made Easy course is the 4-week jumpstart you need to change your food shopping, cooking, and eating habits over for good. I designed just for you 4 weeks of meal plans with shopping lists and recipes that are done in 10-20 minutes to make your life as easy as possible. Most of the food you’ll be able to find in stores now because (at least around here) the healthy foods aren’t being touched.

Whether you:

  • Have newly diagnosed food sensitivities or allergies
  • Leaky gut

This program will work for you.
