The Natural Healing Qualities Of Food

What would you do, if you couldn’t buy pain killers, flu capsules, or fever treatments? One could imagine we would be in a very dark place but that’s simply not the case. Our bodies have developed to heal by themselves, and most of the everyday health scares can be treated with a healthy diet. There is a way to heal your body, just by consuming the right kinds of foods in your diet. Dieting isn’t always about losing weight, it’s about making you feel good and cleansing your body of toxins, stress, and electro-overactivity.

Ligament and muscle pains

Do you have tightness in your wrist? Do you feel like your leg ligaments have turned into steel wires? Do your muscles feel soft and fatigued? Then you need a higher consumption of protein in your diet. It doesn’t necessarily matter if it’s meat or plant-based protein, the bottom line is, you’re simply not getting enough of it.

Eggs are a great source of protein and healthy fat. Doctors used to recommend you limit yolk intake but this has since been cleared up. Beef is a very high-quality protein and if you were to eat around 200g of lean beef every week, you will vastly improve your nerve and muscle structures. For vegetarians, eat more tofu and soybean protein, as they are packed full of nutrients and low in fat.

Reducing inflammation

Inflammation affects us all, it’s just a natural part of working out and or injury. The body will funnel fluids and blood to help heal a body part that is ailing or under stress. For example, if you feel your anterior tibialis muscle is very hot and tough after you’ve gone for a jog or had a weightlifting workout, then you can take Hemp Flower products to reduce the inflammation. A product like AC Diesel or Berry Blossom will aid in rapid recovery and healing. The health benefits of cannabinoids have been widely understood in recent times. They help reduce anxiety and stress, stimulate appetite, but more importantly, relieve pain and swelling. Take them as part of your fitness routine and you will be able to push your body harder and further, helping you achieve your weight loss goals.

The good bacteria

Not all bacteria are out to get you. In fact, your gut is filled with billions of friendly bacteria, which help breakdown food and aid your digestive system. That’s why healthy food like yogurt is encouraged as part of your daily diet. Natural Greek yogurt is low in fat and has so many breakfast dishes to its name. Try adding honey, berries, kiwis, peaches, nuts, and even dark chocolate to your breakfast bowl of Greek yogurt and support your gut.

The good old white stuff

Milk should be part of your daily diet. It’s not just rich in Calcium, but it’s got a little protein and heaps of Vitamin A, B1, B2, B12, and D. Milk is known to boost collagen which is the vital ingredient for healthy tort skin.

Never undervalue the natural healing properties of food. Give your body the best organic foods, and see if that doesn’t make a difference in how you feel, both physically and mentally.
