Our Bodies & The Weird Things They Do

Does your body ever do something so completely random, and you just wonder how we were ever made to be the way we are. When you look at the differences from person to person, you realize that everyone is truly unique. No two people are the same with the way that they’re made, and that’s so crazy when there are billions of people in the world. And that’s what we love about the human race and our bodies. It’s so easy to feel as though we’re not perfect, yet there are billions of other people around the world who aren’t either. Nobody is perfect, and that’s one of the most important things that you need to remember. So, the purpose of this post is to talk about some of the weird and wonderful things that our bodies do. The weird and wonderful things can often disrupt our daily lives, so we’ll pop a few solutions in there along the way as well. Keep on reading to see if you can relate to any of the issues we’re going to talk about!

Eye & Mouth Problems

Our eyes and our mouths play a pretty big part in our day to day life, and boy do we take them both for granted. Because when something does happen and they start to function differently than they ever have done before, big problems can come. If not a big problem, then a minor irritation that’s set to ruin your day. So, one of the weird things our eyes do is become watery. Watery to the point where vision is blurred and you’ll find yourself dabbing your eyes every few minutes to wipe the water away. It can be such a nightmare, however, it’s easily treated. The treatment for watery eyes is usually eye drops and treatment from a professional. An optician will be able to tell you if there is anything wrong with your vision that might be causing it. If not, you can take yourself to an eye specialist to see what’s going on deeper inside the inner workings of your eye. Mouth issues are just as annoying, and one of the most embarrassing is a random onset of bad breath. It makes you so self-conscious to talk around anyone who is remotely close to you. It can be caused by many different things, one of them being the need for a root canal in one of your teeth. A quick trip to the dentist will solve it all!

Digestive Nightmares

One day you can be fine, and the next you can find yourself struggling to get off the toilet in the morning because your belly is running circles around your life. As we get older we can become too sensitive towards certain types of foods. It might be fatty foods, foods high in gluten, or spicy foods. All you have to do is create a food diary to see what specifically might be causing the problems that you’re having. Managing your diet is all that you need to do to stay on top of this!
