Q: Will this program work for me?

A: The bigger question is, will you do the work for the program? If you watch the modules and bonus videos, follow our suggestions, read the handouts, and cook the recipes, your health will improve. We are here to guide and support, but we can’t do the work for you.

Q: Is this cookbook different from The Dish?

A: Yes, it is a completely different cookbook. The Dish was designed for those with autoimmune disease. The cookbook in this program is designed for healthy eating in general without restrictions.

Q: Are meal plans included?

A: No there are no meal plans in this program. We did include a healthy pantry makeover list though!

If you struggle with meal planning, the Meal Planning Made Easy program would be a great program for you. (The webinar portion of the program is not available in ASL just yet.)
