The busy season is upon us and the stress that accompanies it can really steal the joy from the season. For me, boundaries are hard to keep. I am a people pleaser by nature and I want to do all I can to make great memories for my kids and see all the people who are dear to me. However, I tend to stretch myself thin, stress myself out and look forward to the holidays being over. This isn’t healthy.<\/p>\n

So then I got to thinking, what are some ways to gracefully handle the coming weeks and enjoy every day of the season? Here is what I came up with.<\/p>\n
