I just love when leftovers come together and create magic. That is what happened with my spaghetti squash with sausage and baby kale.  It has 8 ingredients and is all done in one skillet. Really can’t ask for more than that right?! This seasonal dish is gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free, paleo, affordable and family friendly. So I guess you can ask for more!
