On medium heat, start browning the meat and break it apart into small pieces. Apply taco seasoning and cook until the meat is cooked completely. About 8-10 minutes.
While that is cooking thinly slice your green onions and rough chop your cilantro
Drain the fat from the beef and set aside.
Take your plate(s) and layout your chips of choice. Then layer with ground beef, pico, guacamole, green onions, and cilantro.
