Using a large, deep skillet and heat on medium heat. Once it's hot, add your sesame seed oil to the pan and coat the bottom of the pan. Then add your ground meat, break it into small pieces and brown it for 5-8 minutes.
While the meat is browning, chop your yellow onion.
Once it's browned, move it to the side of your pan and add the onion to the pan. Let cook 3-4 minutes, stirring a couple of times for even cooking.
Now add your ground ginger powder, garlic and sea salt (omit sea salt if you are using soy or tamari sauce). Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now add your slaw mix and coconut aminos). Mix in and cover for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, stir well (you want everything to cook evenly) and cover for another 4 minutes. Uncover and stir again. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes (or until cabbage reaches your desired doneness).
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
