Ingredients
  

  • 2 handful power blend greens
  • 1/2 cooked acorn squash, cubed
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup cooked rainbow quinoa
  • 1 rotisserie chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp pepitas
  • 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp salad dressing of choice

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients on a plate or in a bowl and top with salad dressing.
