Ingredients
2
heirloom tomatoes
2
haas avocados
a few
leaves fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt
to taste
Instructions
Get a large platter ready to place ingredients on.
Cut tomatoes into 1/2 in slices and lay on your platter.
Peel skin off of your avocados and cut into 1/2 inch slices. PLace on top of your tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Drizzle all of the tomatoes and avocados with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Use 1/2-1 basil leaf per caprese, using scissors cut into thin slices and let fall on top of your avocados.
Serve and enjoy!
