Dairy Free Pumpkin Latte
unsweetened almond milk
not pumpking pie filling
or 2 tsp real maple syrup or honey
virgin coconut oil
Mix spices into your coffee grounds and brew your coffee. I use a coffee press.
While coffee is brewing, in a small pot heat your almond milk, date and pumpkin puree until it's warm but not boiling.
Pour coffee, almond milk mixture, vanilla and coconut oil (if you are adding it in) to your blender and blend for 15-30 seconds.
Pour into your coffee mug and enjoy.
You can easily sub another milk for almond milk if you have a nut allergy or just don't like it. Full fat canned coconut milk would be a great option.
