Dairy Free Pumpkin Latte

Servings 1 serving


  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin not pumpking pie filling
  • 1 pitted date or 2 tsp real maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil optional


  • Mix spices into your coffee grounds and brew your coffee. I use a coffee press.
  • While coffee is brewing, in a small pot heat your almond milk, date and pumpkin puree until it's warm but not boiling.
  • Pour coffee, almond milk mixture, vanilla and coconut oil (if you are adding it in) to your blender and blend for 15-30 seconds.
  • Pour into your coffee mug and enjoy.


You can easily sub another milk for almond milk if you have a nut allergy or just don't like it. Full fat canned coconut milk would be a great option.
