Paleo Pesto Red Pepper Turkey Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices gluten free turkey breast lunch meat
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 6 tsp dairy free pesto sauce
  • 1 cup baby spring mix lettuce
  • 1/2 haas avocado

Instructions
 

  • Take the bell pepper and avocado and cut into 1/4 inch thin slices.
  • On your lunch meat, to one side, layer the ingredients. Carefully roll to the other side.
  • Easy and done!
