Carroll Protocol Fruit

Carroll Protocol-Fruit(less) Meal Plans

Carroll Protocol Fruit

The Carroll Fruit Protocol is one of the more difficult protocols to follow because, well, fruit is delicious and almost all healthy food options include it. Having to eliminate an entire food group is daunting, especially something as delicious, simple, and healthy as fruit. However, it’s causing you major health issues that can be resolved by eliminating them. It’s pretty difficult to imagine life without fruit. We know that they are a great source of vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and are low calorie. What do we eat instead to get the same benefits that fruit gives us?!

You don’t have to tackle it alone with a piece of paper telling you what you cannot eat. When Dr. Nancy Mach, ND of San Francisco reached out to me to develop a plan to help her patients who have this intolerance transition to their new dietary lifestyle more easily, I was excited to develop a guide and meal plans to give you the jumpstart you need.

WHAT YOU GET IN MY FRUIT CARROLL PROTOCOL

My guide and meal plans are designed to make your transition to your new diet as effortless as possible. You’ll learn where to get your vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and still stay in a healthy caloric range, along with sharing the many foods you still have available to eat, how to shop for them, where to find easy healthy snacks, dessert, plus 2 weeks of meal plans to help you get started and to be a fallback on those super busy weeks.

NO FOOD BOREDOM ALLOWED

Typically what happens when we make a diet change, we find 4 things we can eat and eat nothing but those for weeks. Then we get bored and go back to eating what we know and like, thus staying sick. That cycle ends now. You deserve vibrant health and food you enjoy eating. Eating is a soul experience, especially with friends and loved ones. You’re going to love your new dietary lifestyle because you’re going to have so many yummy options, at home and on-the-go.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Low mold diet guide and meal planMy Fruitless Lifestyle Guide. Here you’ll learn all the tips and tricks for living zero-fruit life inside of the home and how to navigate life outside of the home with ease.
  • Because cooking at home will be the best way to ensure you are not accidentally consuming any fruit or fruit products, all the cooking tips and tricks you need to save you time and money.
  • 2 weeks of meal plans with shopping lists, to save you 20+ hours of research and guessing.
  • Additional recipes to rotate in to prevent food boredom
