“What the Heck Do I Eat?!”
That’s the immediate need you have. What to eat and how to eat it in your crazy busy life. Through my own health journey, I discovered I have a gift. I can take any set of food restrictions given and create flavorful and simple recipes. Beyond that, I create meal plans with these recipes so that you can know what to eat and it tastes good to boot.
Following a recommended diet plan (Therapeutic Diet), even with handouts from a doctor and/or dietician, can be challenging (to say the least). A “can and can’t” list is great, but even with hours and hours of research, it’s difficult to find recipes that fit into all the rules. Let alone figure out where to find it, how to cook it, how to store it, and how to eat outside of the home. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like.
The value of done-for-you meal plans cannot be emphasized enough. They bridge the gap from the doctors’ handout to following it correctly without having to guess. You will see a solid example of what the treatment diet plan looks like and the transition into it effortlessly.
If you are ready not to be defined and held back by your disease or symptoms, you are in the right place.
- No more complicated, uber-restrictive diets
- No more “bio-hacking”
- No more guessing
- No more suffering unnecessarily
What if I told you that you can eat foods that support your body, increase your energy and decrease your symptoms without being bored and feeling restricted…
All you need is a realistic and sustainable way of eating, know the essential lifestyle strategies, and a coach to guide you in how to make it all work for your life.
I provide a hybrid of 1-on-1 coaching and online course. This is what’s included:
- Coaching sessions
- Meal plans with recipes and shopping lists for a variety of Therapeutic Diets
- All handouts and information are in one place so you never have to search for a buried email again
- Lifestyle guidance including how to dine out, travel, party, and more

Therapeutic Food Framework
3-Step Framework to break up with chronically dieting for your diagnosis and learn how to eat for long-term health. You’ll learn what healthy eating looks like and make that your norm before moving into your Therapeutic Diet (for example Autoimmune, Hormone Balancing, Mold Toxicity, Histamine Intolerance, Recurring Kidney Stones, Enzyme deficiencies, etc) then transition off of the Therapeutic Diet correctly so you can stay healthy for life.
SIBO 6 Month Protocol With Reintroduction Guide
Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) requires a special diet for 3-6 months along with a medication protocol. The Standard SIBO Diet is a two-phase diet designed to help kill off the bacteria in the small intestine where it doesn’t belong and restore the integrity of the intestinal lining at the same time. However, most online programs only tell you what you can and can’t eat, and may give you a couple simple meal plans to get you started. What’s missing is how to reintroduce foods back into your diet. It’s dangerous to follow this diet indefinitely! In this program, you will be provided not only with a learning guide, 2 weeks of meal plans complete with shopping lists and recipes, you’ll also be receiving 3 step reintroduction guide, plus 6 months of on-going email support to help you stay on track and quickly regain your health (and life) back.
Carroll Protocol-Fruit(less) Meal Plans
My guide and meal plans are designed to make your transition to your new diet as effortless as possible. You’ll learn where to get your vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and still stay in a healthy caloric range, along with sharing the many foods you still have available to eat, how to shop for them, where to find easy healthy snacks, dessert, plus 2 weeks of meal plans to help you get started and to be a fallback on those super busy weeks.
Marian Mitchell is a Certified Health Coach, Cookbook Author, Meal Planning Expert, Public Speaker, and Mom. Her expertise is bridging the gap between knowing what you need to do to get (and stay) healthy and making it work realistically in your everyday, real-world life. Partnering with her clients and, when possible their doctors, allows clients to take control of their health, adhere to the treatment the doctor has prescribed (not matter how vague or specific), thus improving their health and having a new way of living that allows for that health to continue indefinitely.
