Eating healthy isn’t as easy as we’d like to think. When you dive into research, you find a lot of conflicting information out there. Are eggs good for you or not? What about meat? Can I eat grains or will they destroy my health? What are the absolute essentials?
I know how it is, I was once there! I’ve tried every major diet out there to see what would help me feel my best. As a health coach, I know it is virtually impossible to do a complete 180 on how a person eats. You can do a short term diet for 2-3 weeks, or maybe even a couple of months, but eventually, we fall back into old habits. This is normal and you are not a failure. Our old habits take no mental effort. They are easy. They are comfortable.
What works is making changes incrementally, over time. This is what is sustainable and creates lasting change in our lives. You will have new, healthier habits that are easy and comfortable.
