Cooking for a crowd can be stressful. You want to make sure that everyone is happy and well-fed, but you don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. Here are five tips to help you stay sane while cooking for a crowd!

1. Make a plan

The first and most important step in preparing a meal for a crowd is to make a plan. Figure out what you’re going to make, how much of each dish you’ll need, and how long it will take to cook everything. Having a plan will help ensure that you have enough food for everyone and that the dishes are ready when they should be.

To get started, try making a timeline of when each dish needs to be started and finished. This will help you stay on track and make sure that everything is done on time. You could also create a shopping list of all the ingredients you need. This will save time at the grocery store and make sure you have everything you need to make your meal.

2. Opt for easy-to-make dishes

When cooking for a crowd, it’s best to opt for dishes that are easy to prepare. Choose recipes that can be made in advance or don’t require too much hands-on preparation, such as casseroles, slow cooker meals, and sheet pan dinners.
