I love green smoothies. I’m addicted to them. They give me energy, jump start my mornings, continue to give me healthy, beautiful nails and glowing skin. I love them! I recently have gotten into adding avocado into my smoothies. It makes them so creamy and no dairy needed! This smoothie is rich in folate, calcium, heart healthy fats, and vitamin C.
- 1 gala apple
- 1 cup frozen peaches and strawberries (I bought a frozen fruit medley from Fresh and Easy Market)
- 1 collard green, destalked
- 1/2 haas avocado
- 1 serving collagen peptides
- 1 cup water
- Ice as needed for consistency
Blend thoroughly and enjoy!
