Meal Plans for Therapeutic Diets
Research has shown that only 10-20% of your health outcomes are because of your doctors and medication interventions. This means that 80-90% of your health outcomes are in your hands! What you eat and how you take care of yourself matters so much more than we’ve been led to believe.
Following a recommended diet plan, even with handouts from a doctor and/or dietician, can be challenging (to say the least) to really know what this therapeutic diet looks like in real life. A “can and can’t” list is great, but even with hours and hours of research, it’s difficult to find recipes that fit into all the rules.
The value of done-for-you meal plans cannot be emphasized enough. They bridge the gap from the doctors handout to following it correctly without having to guess. You will see a solid example of what the treatment diet plan looks like and the transition into it effortless.
All done-for-you therapeutic meal plans include:
- Guide diving into the why and how of that specific diet recommendation. The more you know, the easier it is to stay motivated to stick to it for the allotted time.
- Grocery shopping lists, so you don’t have to guess
- 45+ recipes to get you started and have a diet so that you’re not eating the same 4 things everyday.
But not only that, you’ll also receive:
- Tips and tricks for dining out and eating on-the-go
- And other helpful information so that you can follow the treatment plan correctly and get to feeling like yourself again quickly.
While looking at the plans and find that there isn’t one for your specific health concern, please schedule a free consult.

There are times in life that we just feel heavy and bogged down, especially after vacations and holidays. Your body needs calories, fiber, and nutrients to function properly! With my program you will be eating 4-5 nourishing, detox supporting meals daily. You will feel satisfied, clean, energized, and ready to take on the world by the end of the program.

Healthy Ketogenic Meal Plans
The Ketogenic Diet has become extremely popular and mainstream. With this popularity, an unfortunate side effect is that there is a ton of really bad advice on how to reach ketosis. Things like eating nothing but eggs for several days, dirty keto which is full of processed crap, and recipes that only spotlight meat and cream cheese. This eating plan will help jumpstart your keto success!
Low Oxalate Diet Guide and Meal Plan
Being told by your doctor that you need to go on a low oxalate diet for your recurring kidney stones is shocking to say the least. Who even knows what oxalates are and that they could cause so much pain?! Either your doctor or a nutritionist (if you’re lucky enough to have insurance cover it) gives you a list of foods that are high in oxalates. It can be helpful yet it feels like it’s everything you would normally eat, especially healthy stuff. It’s hard to visualize what eating this way looks like. This is where this guide and meal plan comes in. This plan helps you navigate what you can eat, give you meal plans with shopping lists and recipes, plus a guide to help with dining out and easy substitutions to make your life even easier.

Low-Mold Diet Guide and Meal Plans
Mold toxicity is a nasty thing to contend with. Along with medication and supplements it is often recommend you follow a low-mold diet for 3-6 months. While there are two great books out there on the subject, there isn’t a whole lot of information on the internet, nor recipes that are specificaly labeled “low mold.” Getting started on your own is similar to throwing darts at a dart board in the dark and hoping you get it right. (Been there, done that.) That’s why this program is so valuable! With expert guidance incorporating a low-mold lifestyle along with your medications and supplements, you’ll much more quickly regain your health and get back to living your full life.
Low-Histamine Diet Guide and Meal Plans
Histamine Intolerance usually means horrible, year-round seasonal allergies, random reactions to foods and environmental factors that have no rhyme or reason, and it’s just not fun. Along with supplements to help the body eliminate excess histamine in the body, you’ll need to follow a low-histamine diet. Foods that are normally healthy are now a big, fat “no” and knowing what to eat is difficult. With this guide and meal plans, you’ll be able to jump right into a low-histamine diet immediately and have over 40 recipes you can enjoy throughout the duration of your treatment plan. All the hard work has been done for you so you can keep on living your busy life with this new dietary lifestyle.

SIBO 6 Month Protocol With Reintroduction Guide
Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) requires a special diet for 3-6 months along with a medication protocol. The Standard SIBO Diet is a two-phase diet designed to help kill off the bacteria in the small intestine where it doesn’t belong and restore the integrity of the intestinal lining at the same time. However, most online programs only tell you what you can and can’t eat, and may give you a couple simple meal plans to get you started. What’s missing is how to reintroduce foods back into your diet. It’s dangerous to follow this diet indefinitely! In this program, you will be provided not only with a learning guide, 2 weeks of meal plans complete with shopping lists and recipes, you’ll also be receiving 3 step reintroduction guide, plus 6 months of on-going email support to help you stay on track and quickly regain your health (and life) back.

FAQ
Q: Why would I pay for meal plans when I can find recipes for free on Pinterest?
A: This is a great question. You definitely can spend hours looking for recipes, looking at your handouts, and seeing if each recipe fits into the treatment your doctor gave you. I did it this way and honestly, I didn’t really master all aspects of living out the diet I needed to follow for years. I made mistakes and slowed down my healing often in the beginning. Investing in my meal plans (and guides) makes the new diet effortless. You don’t have to spend hours and hours researching and trying to find all the pieces to put together. You can go straight to the grocery store and buy what you need, plus you’ll know everything you need to know for dining out for special occassions, have a list of foods you can eat for friends and family who want to cook for you, and so much more. My goal is to make your life a million times easier.
Q: Do I have to a diet plan from my doctor to purchase a meal plan?
A: Definitely not. We know that not all doctors give you a full on diet protocol to follow. Sometimes it’s as short as, “Get your blood sugar under control or you’ll be put on metformin” or “You need to stop eating foods with oxalates.” If you want more guidance and support so you can have all your questions answered, we recommend adding at least one coaching session with your meal plan. You’ll find that option in the plan you pick or you can email us at marian@roadtolivingwhole.com to schedule a consult.
