Going gluten-free is daunting (to say the least). We’ve been told we have to, but then the question becomes, where do I even begin? Many of us love our bread, pasta, and crackers. So we head to the store to find the replacements to our favorite foods. The sticker shock is real.

I know. I was there too. I made all the mistakes. I developed this program to make the gluten-free transition easier and cheaper. I want to give you the guidance, tools, and product suggestions I needed when I first started my journey.

My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That changed everything.

gluten free My daughter had the worst colic. The hours of screaming and constant violent vomiting made life as a new mom of 2 extremely difficult and heartbreaking. I was already on a breastfeeding diet along with being corn and soy free. Going gluten-free was the next option. I didn’t know what  I was going to eat but I knew I had to do it. Thankfully, it worked. Her symptoms started improving within days. Three weeks later the colic was gone! Accidental exposure would cause her symptoms to return within 30 minutes. Going 100% gluten free was a must. I couldn’t even eat cross-contaminated food without her being in extreme pain.

The Challenges

Turns out, gluten is in everything, not just food! It was in my eco-friendly dish soap contaminating her bottles. It was in my lotions, hair products, and makeup. I had to replace all my cookware, pots and pans, baking dishes, strainer, toaster. I was spending hours upon hours researching products, looking at product reviews, and spending hundreds of dollars trying products and foods that didn’t work for me.

Several months into my journey, hundreds of hours researching, and around a thousand dollars spent on many gluten-free foods, home, and body products, I finally figured out this whole living 110% gluten free thing. I organized all of my finding and personal experience into a program and have helped hundreds of clients avoid going through what I went through.

My 12-Day Thrive Gluten-Free Program is an effective program for setting you up for a 110% gluten free lifestyle with ease. Here’s how the program works.

I want to save you hundreds of dollars. You need to know what you can and cannot eat, what beauty products need to be replaced and what products are good, which cookware needs to be replaced and what you can keep, how to dine out and not worry, and how to travel without worry. We cover all of this in four parts and 12 days.

You might be wondering why I don’t give you all the information in one folder and you can access it all at once. I used to do this and what happened was people were overwhelmed and felt defeated. That is the absolute last thing I want for anyone to feel! It’s a big change but it doesn’t have to be a burden. Breaking the information down in chunks makes it manageable. You will feel empowered. After each email, you have time to digest the information and reflect on it. You will be armed with information and products and excited to take the next step. 

You don’t live in a bubble inside your house. You dine out and travel. We’ve chunked the information into four parts that tackle life in and outside of the home.

Part One

I’ll start by helping you understand all about food and how to shop for it. Some foods are gluten free by nature, so you can start enjoying those right away. Some foods that seem naturally gluten free are dangerous, and you will want to avoid those.  By the time your course is over, you’ll understand where gluten has all of its secret hiding places and how to find them so you can avoid it for good.  You’ll also understand how to spend $100 and walk out of the store with more than a couple of meals and a snack!

Part Two

Next I’ll tell you everything you need to know about setting up your home to be gluten free friendly. These steps are critical in making your recovery because without them, you’ll still be getting contaminated and you’ll never feel 100%.

Part Three

After that, you’ll learn how to have fun with your life. Being gluten free doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy parties or go out with your friends. You should be able to savor these activities rather than be stressed about food. There are plenty of restaurants that offer food for us gluten-free people, ways to participate in social activities without depriving yourself, and even safe alcohols that you can drink.

Part Four

Finally, and most importantly, I’ll walk you through the steps to heal from years of damage caused by gluten. Gluten consumption causes increased intestinal permeability, also known as Leaky Gut, and has lead to inflammation in your body. This causes symptoms like low energy, chronic fatigue, aches and pain, headaches, and more. Removing gluten is not enough, you have to heal the intestinal lining. We’ll talk about how the health of your gut influences your overall health, how it’s been affected by gluten, and start your gut healing protocol. This is an essential step to healing your whole body completely and thriving.
