Lots of people struggle and ultimately fail because they’re trying to do too much at once or they’re making things far more complicated than they need to be. When you’ve been struggling, going back to basics and focusing on the things that really matter can be the best path to take.

Aim for Consistency First and Foremost

Being consistent is really important. Lots of people fall off track because they miss a couple of days of being active or eating well, and then they let that one slip-up drag them down. When you make a mistake, you need to get back up right away and do what you can to maintain consistency. Doing a little of something is always better than doing nothing at all.
