Also, start off with something that amazes you with either the appearance, colour, flavour, scent, or all four! It makes sense to go with something that appeals to you, right?

Not only does tea taste amazing, but it is very popular because of the different benefits it provides to those who drink it. However, the exact benefits depend on the type of tea you drink. Mint tea, on the other hand, can help to improve your sleep, relieve clogged sinuses, and freshen your breath.
